J. Otis Ledbetter

Senior Pastor

Pastor Otis has been Senior Pastor of Sonrise for over 35 years. He is a graduate of Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO and also holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from Liberty University. He and his wife Gail have three children and twelve grandchildren. Pastor Otis enjoys playing golf, traveling, writing, and spending time with his family.

 
 
 
 

Phil Laughlin

Executive Pastor

Phil has been on staff at Sonrise since February 1986. He was educated at Mt. San Antonio Junior College and Pacific Coast Baptist Bible College. Phil and his wife Kathy have five children and fourteen grandchildren. He enjoys watching sports (especially the Dodgers, Lakers, and Rams), bike riding, golf, water sports, and spending time with his grandchildren.

 
 
 
 
 

Sherry Krigbaum

Office Manager/Worship Leader

Sherry has been on staff at Sonrise since May 1986. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pacific Coast Baptist Bible College. Sherry and her husband Brian have three children and four grandchildren. She enjoys music, traveling, movies, and spending time with family.

 
 
 
 

Kyle Dunlap

Youth Pastor

Kyle was born in Visalia, California, and grew up in Fresno and the surrounding areas. He graduated from Fresno High School in 2010. Kyle also graduated from Charis Bible College in Colorado Springs CO in 2014, where he met and married Bianca Dunlap on May 18th, 2012. They now have four children. In 2014 they moved to Lockhart, TX where they served as associate pastors for seven years at Vision Church. In June of 2021, they moved to Fresno CA where they grew personally in their gifts as ministers of Jesus Christ. He joined the Sonrise staff in 2021. Kyle states there is nothing that brings him more joy than seeing youth come to know a good and faithful God.

 
 
 
 

Bianca Dunlap

Children’s Ministry Director

Bianca was born and raised in Lockhart, Texas. She graduated from Lockhart High School in 2008. Bianca also graduated from Charis Bible College in Colorado Springs, CO in 2014, where she met and married her husband Kyle Dunlap on May 18, 2012. They now have 4 children. In 2014 they moved to Lockhart, Texas where they served as associate pastors at Vision Church. In June 2021 they moved to Fresno, Ca where they are growing personally in their gifts as ministers of Jesus Christ. She joined the Sonrise staff in 2021.
